How to Submit a Request
Step 1:
Visit the 3-1-1 Site
Step 2:
Enter your concern in the search barÂ
Step 3:
Once you choose a request, then clickÂ
"Create a Request" -> "Sign-Up" if you haven't already
Step 4:
Enter the address of your concern
Step 5:
Describe your concern in the text boxes
Step 6:
Upload Files or Images (optional)
Step 7:
Enter your information OR remain anonymous

Review the information you entered to ensure the accuracy.

Finally, enter any additional information or upload files and clickÂ
